Monica Elfstedt is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transitions, and complex financial challenges. As Director, Corporate Finance & Advisory at Igloo Capital, she provides fractional CFO services, leads client financing strategies, and supports turnaround and sale engagements.

Prior to joining Igloo, Monica founded and directed Elfstedt & Company for over a decade, delivering fractional CFO and financing advisory services across diverse industries. She has also held senior leadership roles as CFO and VP of Support Services, overseeing IT, HR, Finance, Communications, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

In addition, Monica serves as a non-profit Board Director, bringing governance expertise as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee.
With deep expertise in CFO leadership, financial strategy, restructuring, governance, and operational improvement, Monica partners closely with clients to strengthen financial foundations, enhance performance, and drive sustainable, long-term success.
