In her role as Executive Vice President at Igloo Capital, Melissa utilizes her past experiences and keen business sense to find the right solutions for clients and their businesses. With 20 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, business operations and management, Melissa continuously brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to clients.
Melissa launched her career with a national appraisal and valuation firm, and later fine-tuned her skills by running a privately-held wholesale company and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget for one of Alberta’s largest travel agencies. Through these roles, Melissa has developed her expertise in negotiations, analytics, and planning to achieve desired outcomes. Evidenced in all of Melissa’s work is her creativity and forward thinking, which consistently lead to new and effective solutions.
Melissa grew up in Saskatchewan, and moved to Edmonton in 2000 to begin her career. She has completed a number of Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators courses through York University.
